LAKE OCONEE COMMUNITY PLAN
Director · LOCi Management
The Lake Oconee Community plan is in the research phase. Work is underway in defining exactly what the physical aspects of the Lake Oconee Community are including roads, neighborhoods, businesses etc. However, a major change is coming to the Lake Oconee Community which is the new Lake Oconee Parkway. We are trying to be actively involved in providing information to GDOT and Putnam County as to the citizens input regarding this major project.
NEW LAKE OCONEE PKWY SIGNAGE
Director · LOCi Management
One of the primary initiatives for LOCi is the visual experience when driving down the new Lake Oconee Pkwy upon completion to a 4 lane boulevard. Our goal would be to have signs that meet state and county ordinances. We are currently working to provide the county with detailed analysis in support of the effort to update chapter 48 of the Putnam County Unicode which covers the rules for signs.
NEW LAKE OCONEE PKY LANDSCAPING

One of the primary initiatives for LOCi is the visual experience when driving down the new Lake Oconee Pkwy upon completion to a 4 lane boulevard.
